Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid consultations and services booked through vastugurushweta.com or the WhatsApp number listed on this website — including astrology, tarot, vastu and numerology consultations, whether conducted over call, video, WhatsApp or in person.

A consultation slot is confirmed only after the consultation fee is received. Fees, duration and mode of consultation are shared clearly on WhatsApp before you make any payment.

All payments are collected through legitimate, traceable channels (UPI, bank transfer or payment links shared from our official number).

• You may reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before your confirmed slot.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the slot are accommodated subject to availability, at our discretion.
• To reschedule, simply message us on WhatsApp at +91 98114 83745.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before your confirmed slot: eligible for a full refund, or you may keep the amount as credit for a future consultation.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the slot: eligible for 50% refund or full credit towards a rescheduled session.
• No-show (missing your confirmed slot without informing us): the fee is not refundable.

Once a consultation has been delivered — in full or in substantial part — the fee is non-refundable. Astrology, tarot, vastu and numerology consultations are professional guidance services; the time, analysis and expertise are rendered at the moment of the session.

If you feel your session had a genuine service issue (for example, a technical failure from our side that cut the session short), contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right with a completion session or partial refund, as appropriate.

Consultations are advisory in nature. Guidance is based on classical principles of Vedic astrology, tarot, vastu shastra and numerology, applied with 15+ years of professional experience. Outcomes in life depend on many factors, and refunds are not provided on the basis of predictions or remedies not matching expectations.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
